What is Solar Power?
Solar power is energy collected from the sun. It is a renewable energy generated when sunlight is converted directly into electricity through a solar cell. The electricity produced can then be used with an inverter to power lights and electrical appliances that you have in your home.
Unlike solar hot water systems, which use the sun to heat water, solar powered systems use the sun’s energy to generate electricity for your home, school, community building and workplace.
